Do I have to make minimum or monthly orders?

Nope! As a member you can order as much or little as you want, whenever you want. If you've been hearing about monthly orders, that's in reference to the Loyalty Rewards Program.

How much is to renew my membership?

The yearly renewal fee for a membership is $30.00, and the renewal comes with a free bottle of Peppermint ($28.25 value). This essentially makes your renewal fee only $1.75 a year.

Do I need a membership to purchase doTERRA?

The purpose of the membership is to provide wholesale pricing (like Costco). If you're looking to live more naturally, the membership is definitely the way to go, but you can also place orders without a membership at full retail pricing.

Why get my doTERRA membership through The Drop?

doTERRA is structured in a way that you can't get a membership directly from doTERRA, you need a 'dealer', so to speak. There are plenty of doTERRA 'dealers' out there (more affectionately known as 'Wellness Advocates'). So why choose to go through us at The Drop? We're focused on helping other people get ahead. That means helping you strategize the best way to go natural for the lowest cost. It also means utilizing our business structure to help financially support individuals providing social services in various communities.

Is The Drop only for Canadians?

It's for anyone! Once you enter our doTERRA warehouse, you can select your region and currency in the purple banner at the top of the webpage.

Can I earn shipping rewards without joining the LRP?

Only orders placed through the Loyalty Rewards Program are eligible to earn shipping reward points.

What's the difference between Shipping Rewards and Loyalty Rewards?

Both Shipping and Loyalty Rewards are points that can be used towards purchases. The difference is merely in how the points are earned. Shipping Reward Points are given back to any doTERRA member when they place an LRP order that doesn't qualify for free shipping. Loyalty Reward Points are given back to members participating in the Loyalty Rewards Program when placing their monthly order of 50 PV or more.

Can non-members earn reward points?

No, the rewards system is designed only for doTERRA members. Anyone is welcome to place an order, but only members qualify to earn rewards.

What is the Loyalty Rewards Program?

The LRP is another way to earn points, and is completely optional. Participating simply requires one order a month to earn additional points back into your account to use on future purchases.

Do members have to join the LRP?

Participating in the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is completely optional (and a game changer)! In addition to saving 25% on everything, the LRP will earn members an additional 10-30% back in points on orders of 50+ PV, and your shipping will either be free or you will earn 5 shipping reward points.

Can I earn rewards without joining the LRP?

Only orders placed through the Loyalty Rewards Program are eligible to earn reward points.

What is the free product of the month?

Members who participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program have the option to place an order of 125PV (aka 125 points) and receive the featured product of the month for free.

How many points until I get something for free?

That varies from item to item, but the points add up quickly! A bottle of Lemon is covered with 11.5 points, whereas a bottle of Frankincense is 67 points. If you join the LRP, each time you order 50 PV of product or more you would earn at least 10% back. So that's at least 5 loyalty points with one order of 50 PV or more. That means you could get that bottle of lemon in 2-3 orders.

What currency are prices in?

The Drop prices are listed in CAD, however once you enter the doTERRA warehouse you can select your region and currency of choice.

How do I pay for my order with points?

When you checkout, there will be a "Use Points" dropdown next to each item in your cart. Simply select which item(s) you want to pay with points and checkout.

What if I open a product and don't like it?

doTERRA will refund both unopened and opened products. In the rare case you don't like something, doTERRA will make it right.
