doTERRA Return Policy
Whether you have a doTERRA membership or you order through our retail portal, you are purchasing your products directly from the doTERRA warehouse. This means products returned for a refund will be processed according to the doTERRA Return Policy.
In-store Credit is money being refunded back as credit that can be used on a future order.
Policy Guidelines
Products purchased with points are non-refundable.
Products that are unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for a 100 percent refund.
Please refer to our doTERRA Return Policy table for items that are opened or returned after 30 days
If products are purchased as part of a kit or package the kit or package must be returned in its entirety.
Return shipping costs are covered by the member.
