Usage Tips
When it’s time to quiet down, roll Calmer oil on the back of the neck and chest to promote a restful and calm environment.
After an evening bath, apply Calmer oil to the bottoms of feet for a sweet, calming aroma as you unwind before going to bed.
Before any times of peace—whether that’s a nap, bedtime, or a gentle time out—roll Calmer oil onto wrists and palms and encourage deep breaths to inhale the relaxing aroma.
Roll a small amount of Calmer oil onto the fur of a child’s favourite plush, pillowcase, or blanket to provide a calming and supportive aroma while they settle into bed.
